You can help us to continue our mission into the future by making a charitable bequest to Thrive to Survive in your will. Be sure to speak to your lawyer about this and specify Thrive to Survive and include our federal tax exempt #45-4521178 in your document.
United Way
Thrive to Survive is an approved donor designated eligible agency through the United Way Campaign. If your employer participates, you may contribute your donations to Thrive to Survive. Our donor designation number is 2592.
Make a Gift in Honor or Memorial
When a loved one passes, you can choose Thrive to Survive to receive monetary donations in lieu of flowers. Many donors feel this honors their loved one in a special way, perhaps matching their generous spirit with our mission.

The deceased's family will receive a notification letter with a list of all those who make donations to Thrive to Survive in their loved one's name, including the addresses and donation amounts, so the family may thank the donors.
In addition, each individual donor will receive thank you letters from Thrive to Survive. There are special times and occasions where you might want to honor someone in a unique and special way by making a donation in their name to Thrive to Survive. Or perhaps it is your special day and you choose to have your family and friends make donations to Thrive to Survive in lieu of gifts to you. This could be a special birthday, an anniversary, a wedding, a Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah. Perhaps you know someone who wants or doesn’t need anything, but you still want to give a gift. A donation to Thrive to Survive may just fit perfectly!
